Terms of Use

Acceptance#

By downloading or playing Sushi Belt (“the game”) you agree to these terms. If you got the game from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply (for iOS, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

Using the game#

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The game, its characters, art, music and name belong to Zexus Games.

Virtual items#

• Coins, boosters, lives, cards, decor, the season pass and other virtual items can only be used in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another player.
• Virtual items give you a licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
• Game data is stored on your device. If you delete the app or clear its data, your progress and virtual items may be lost. One-time purchases can be recovered with “Restore purchases”; consumables such as spent coins cannot.
• We may change the prices, amounts and behaviour of virtual items to keep the game balanced.

Purchases and refunds#

• All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and payment is taken by that store. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency.
• Refunds follow the store's refund policy: Request a refund from Apple · Google Play refunds. We cannot issue refunds directly, but write to us if something went wrong and we will help.
• Subscriptions (e.g. the weekly “Sushi Club”) renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in the subscriptions section of your store account.
• Your statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

Fair play#

To keep the game fun for everyone, please don't:

• use cheats, bots, modified apps or tools that alter game data;
• deliberately exploit bugs (if you find one, tell us, thank you!);
• reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the game;
• choose nicknames that are offensive, hateful or impersonate someone else.

If these rules are broken, we may remove rewards or restrict the related features.

Ads#

FutureThe game is free and will contain ads. Rewarded ads are always optional. Advertisers are responsible for the products and services in their ads. See the privacy policy for details.

Liability#

We build the game with care but provide it “as is”: we cannot guarantee it will always run without interruptions or bugs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the game. This does not affect rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination#

We may update the game, add or remove features, or one day withdraw it; we will try to give reasonable notice. We may also update these terms; the current version is always on this page. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the game.

Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
